MITCHELL, S.D. — Mark Abrahamson and the Harrisburg Woodies are South Dakota Amateur Baseball Association Class A state champions again. The Woodies downed the Renner Monarchs, 3-1, at Cadwell Park on Sunday, Aug. 16. This marked the second straight year Renner and Harrisburg played in the penultimate game.  Abrahamson, a Pipestone resident, serves as the Woodies primary catcher. He also plays a variety of positions for his hometown A’s.  In the championship, Abrahamson went 1-of-2 with two walks and one strikeout.
