Recently, 60 minutes broadcasted a segment about Amazon and its employees during the crisis. Many employees felt that Amazon was not doing enough to ensure their safety. Amazon's head of operations detailed all the things they were doing to keep its work force safe during these troubling times. In this podcast, we discuss the misbelief that employees who staged a protest and complained about hazardous pay, benefits, and sanitization really are putting themselves at jeopardy of being fired. Many employees who work in some companies believe they have a vested interest in the company serving their needs, even though they are just employees.
