Summary

It has been said that we live in a post-Christian society. Although we have seen our ethics and morals deteriorate through the last 100 years, I would encourage everyone to believe that we are not at the end of a Christian era, but we are at the beginning. We have had a tremendous problem with the church in general succumbing to the dominant, secular culture. Instead of being a counter culture, many Christians adapted to the dominant one and ended up become a sub culture. Rather than a post Christian era, we need to act upon our faith and evangelize as though we are in a pre-Christian era. 1 John 5:4,5 "4 For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?"
