I am here running a game. It's called Fate and we're playing Super Heroes. And these guys are Super Heroes in the city of Amberville. For those who have never listened.

I'm going to show you what happened last time on Amberville City Heroes. The heroes were visited by a troubled farmer at their camp or place or whatever you want to call it. Their house in the middle of the field. Who was being plagued by mysterious weather patterns.

I leave. Yes. Okay. So, curiously, they went along to see what's going on.

That's true. Oh, curiously, they went along. Yes. The first one.

Okay. All right. So they got there. They met one of their, well, Janet and I's old nemesis sort of never met, but she's analyzed her house.

She made some plates grow at her base. Nightshade. We cornered her in a bar. Yep.

Yeah, it was really windy. We fought her. Do do do do do. She wouldn't cooperate.

I guess she wanted us to go steal a bunch of rings for her. Yeah, it was a bunch of magical rings. Yeah. No, it was 20 minutes to it's really like a not cool time for him.

Yeah. Right. So mid late fight, I guess. Mid late fight.

The farmer drove his pickup truck into the battlefield and somehow had a samurai sword. Cut off my shades and with the rings on it. And then I don't somehow thrown into a house by me. Hold it on fire.

Hold it off. And then explosions happened and he was fine because apparently he's like immortal or something. Yes, I don't know what's happening. He told us he was taking the rings and then it was like where he was out of security was KO'd.

It's just two people in the field trying to find a mortal real instant. We gotta just let him go. Yep. He was a big super villain man and a very serious super boy.

Yeah. Okay. So all of your little, your boxes would have been erased. Your baby boxes.

There was a cliffhanger. There was a cliffhanger. Yeah. The golden arrow was on TV murdering a superhero.

There was a news report that Maximus Mann has died. Oh, that was an ad. It has been National News. RIP.

RIP Maximus Mann. He was extremely Greek. He was very Greek. I don't know much else about him.

He always did things to the Max. Do Max. Where are you doing? Respect.

Or yes, be easy. So there you are. You all have the news that Maximus Mann has passed. I'm going to say that wayfarer you knew Maximus Mann.

So what does everybody do? Do they give us the full details or they just tell us the Maximus Mann's step and there's no other information yet? They don't release much other information other than that people responsible have been taking into custody and whatnot, whatnot. It was handled later.

But they weren't like it was golden arrow. No, not yet. With the wrench in the chamber. No, they basically, there's not much detail at the moment.

Iron Justice, it was a super villain attack. I took care of it and I handed the yahoo's. Is there like a funeral or anything? It's just breaking news right now.

So there's no news of that. Yeah. So there's no like heroes, community to not at the moment. It's like just happened.

Just recently. Where was he based on? He was with like a traveling group that kind of traveled around the country, but he was at the moment in Steel City. Okay.

And the memorial is there. There's heroes from all over the place. All of the union of heroes are there. It's kind of a place to network.

So like it's the memorial is really sad. It's like the most power packed room in the world right now because there's like big names of heroes from one of the world. Yeah. Max Gal says she's going to take the mantle of Maximus women and try to live up to his whatever.

You've had dealing with her where she seems to be pretty cool with the weirder shit you get up to. Good. I'll just catch up with her then. And as if she knows anything about how it happened or.

No, she doesn't know. Or what, what the news is in her circles these days. Uh, she's the most powerful psychic, but she's also kind of a greedy detective. Yeah.

It doesn't like to use her powers. Um, so she's like, yeah, um, a lot of psychic disturbance. I know that Golden Arrow is a psychic. I mean, he's on the, he's on the watch list.

If you catch my, yeah, but I mean, you'd feel him if you were around, right? If you were close, yes. Yeah. And I could probably send out feelers for him, but, um, I, like he was in custody of the US.

So it's the lead just turned over the government like that. Uh, yeah. Yeah. Cause I mean, I just wasn't going to not give him over to jail.

Yeah. He's like that. Yeah. So the US government has access to an incredibly powerful psychic with a magical weapon.

Uh, yeah. Cause if you put it on, it's not coming off. No. And I can't imagine that it was taken off of Max was made by choice.

That's fine, but you won't be able to fix what he's broken that way. I can prevent anyone else from getting hurt. That's true. Although I feel like you could do that in a way that's perhaps a more channeled in a specific direction.
