Several years ago, I found myself burnt out, unfulfilled, and mentally exhausted every… single… day. I was climbing the corporate ladder, chasing more money—while giving nothing back to myself. By the time I got home, my time and energy were depleted… and anxiety had taken over. You know that feeling—snapping at your kids without meaning to? My days weren’t filled with fulfillment… just never-ending to-do lists. I wasn’t living my day—I was surviving it. I realized I had to stop blaming my job for my burnout. If I wanted more time, more freedom, more purpose—I had to look inward. Because what was really draining me… was my own patterns—perfectionism, people-pleasing, and not setting boundaries. If you’re a high-achieving mom who looks like she has it all together—but inside you’re saying, “there’s never enough time, energy, or support”… And you’re ready to stop running on empty and start living with more intention… You’re in the right place.
