Ambtenaren kritisch op aanpak misstand ministerie van Justitie

Uit onderzoek van de Algemene Rekenkamer bleek vorig jaar dat er mensen zijn die door identiteitsverwisseling verkeerd in het justitiële systeem terecht komen, met alle narigheid tot gevolg. Soms komen mensen zelfs onterecht in de cel terecht. De toenmalige staatssecretaris van Justitie beloofde werk te maken van het aanpakken van de problematiek. Maar daar is nog te weinig van terechtgekomen, zeggen twee oud-ambtenaren die al jaren intern aan de bel trokken over deze misstand.
