Michael O - Michael is a singer, songwriter, producer and performer who infuses a variety of genres into his style of music, including sounds and styles from his native land in Africa.  We talk to him about his vision, his passion and how music influences cultures.Marques Ogden - Former NFL player Marques Ogden joins us to talk about him coming back to football at the age of 36.  He's not letting father time take him from what he loves, but it won't be with the NFL - he's going to the CFL.  Through his career Ogden played with the Tennessee Titans, Baltimore Ravens, Jacksonville Jaguars and the Buffalo Bills.
