He notes that the growth stage can last about twenty years, during which a period of revelation gradually leads to development until it peaks or reaches its final frontier, signaling the start of decline. He clarifies that when a movement enters its final stage, conversations often shift more toward the past rather than the future. At this point, the movement tends to become institutionalized. Joseph discusses how to avoid decline, emphasizing that the "spirit of Elijah" is key to maintaining a movement. He references Proverbs 20:28-29 to show that sharing wisdom and strength across generations is vital for sustaining a movement and preventing decline.
