America have a Drugs a problem not a gun problems. Ever since the 60’s. In those days Americans didn’t discussed it Because it wasn’t a major problem back then. But in 70’s Drugs have become a major problem for our community. Because the CIA was dumping a lot Drugs in the black community and Guns. Nixon was the first president to spoke about those issues in the media. He declares war on drugs But they never resolve the problems. There were a lot policies that put in place. But those policies were very bias when it come to black Americans. Consequently they never solve the main problems witch was a Drugs . If they can controlled the Drugs . They will be able to control the guns problems.
