Minneapolis is under federal occupation. Wednesday night, a DHS officer shot a Venezuelan man during what they call a "targeted traffic stop" in north Minneapolis—the second federal shooting in eight days. 3,000 ICE and Border Patrol agents now occupy a city with just 600 police officers.
