America Meditating

from Theatre of the Mind

Sister Jenna is the host of America Meditating Radio, and the founder of the Meditation Museum, which is a community gathering place, home to a collection of art, multi-media, artifacts, a cafe and more. Everything is curated with the intention of connecting people with a deeper sense of self. In this episode Sister Jenna tells the story of her awakening, going from owning two night clubs, driving luxury cars and wearing high-end designer shoes in Miami, to taking a pilgrimage to the Brhama Kumaris headquarters in India where she formally became Sister Jenna. Kelly and sister Jenna discuss her life's mission of helping people reconnect to themselves to find clarity, peace and power, which can then grow into reconnecting people with each other. One example of this is her approach to facilitating respectful and peaceful dialogue between individuals or groups who may otherwise feel diametrically opposed to each other, a topic very relevant for today's social and political climate.
