Episode 9 July 14, 2021  We have the honor to speak with one of our passionate & cheerful volunteers! Meet Autumn, a true patriot and she tells her story of how she and her family fled the Philippine regime under President Ferdinand E. Marcos in the late 1970's. Autumn is passionate about sharing her experience as a young girl coming to America. Taking what she learned from her father as a WWII and Korean War veteran, she talks about similarities of today's world and knowing the difference. Autumn is determined about working towards a better life here for her children and grandchildren.
