Devon tells Liz about a Seattle mansion with ghosts up to the rafters.  Content warnings are along the typical ghost story lines - some of the variations of the ghost legends involve murder, in a few of those the victim is a baby. The first owner of the house died a horrific real-life death by suicide and that's discussed at 13:30-15:00, then is mentioned again at the very end of the episode.
