American Legion v. American Humanist Association (Argued 2/27/19) - Establishment Clause

The American Legion v. American Humanist Association was argued before the Supreme Court of the United States on February 27th, 2019.  The opinion of the Court was released on June 20th, 2019 and can be found here.
