Billions sent to Ukraine while a US citizen, is kept in jail for reviewing their process, system and ways as a government in Ukraine. Mr. Lira, is an American, he pose no bodily harm, treat or even magnitude of listeners on his social media platform as an influencer, but yet he's being kept as a prisoner of war by the Ukrainian government?
