American University secured a 76-67 victory over Holy Cross in Patriot League mens basketball, with freshman Madden Collins leading the Eagles with 20 points. The Eagles, now 13-8 overall and 6-2 in conference, have won four straight games without trailing by more than five points. Holy Cross, on the other hand, suffered their third straight loss, dropping to 8-13 overall and 3-5 in the league.
