from Americarnage

It's a 'Carnage Christmas alright... In other news: The playoff picture took shape with two games to go as the Texans cemented their place at the top of AFC South with an impressive win over Indy; in the NFC the Falcons shut out the Giants in a replay of last year's embarrassingly one sided wildcard; the Cowboys beat the Steelers in overtime and the Redskins beat the Browns, meaning that the NFC East is in a kinky threeway at the top; in the NBA, the New York Knicks lead Miami in the East, with the Knicks having not dropped a game at home all season; Scratch that because last night Jeremy Lin returned to New York City with his new chums in Houston less than a year after he leapt off the bench, only to end up on Houston bench behind James Harden; in the MLB more crazy trading going down as teams shed and acquire players more frequently than Harry Da Producer lands restraining orders; NHL's still locked out and we're ever so excited about hte legal wrangling; lots of goodness in the Bodeans Mailbag, another great game from Dna and much, much more...
