Amsterdam Life, In-App Psychology, and Finding Joy in the Little Things

from WS Podcast

In today's (Un)usual Dialogues, I am talking with my dear friend Matylda - a Psychology Graduate from Amsterdam. Matylda left Poland almost five years ago to create her life in the capital of the Netherlands. She did her Master's degree in Health Psychology and Digital Interventions, which inspired her to explore the Digital Sector of the market. She participated in the creation of the Digital Companion - an app for Rotterdam University students designed to help them in coping with stress and prevent difficult states such as depression. In our chat, she will share with us her journey abroad, her opinion on living in Amsterdam, and her thoughts on the subject of psychological health. We will discuss the various apps, which can help to cope with reality while providing a safe space to nurture yourself, and consider the reasons for which the Netherlands is believed to be one of the happiest places in the world. An episode about joyful living, bike rides, and health-focused apps. I hope you will find this episode inspiring and entertaining. Below I am listing a few apps, that you might want to explore: Calm - The #1 App for Meditation and Sleep Chopra: Meditation & Well-being app | Chopra FitMind: An In-Depth Meditation App — FitMind Guided Meditation and Mindfulness - The Headspace App The Fabulous - Build better habits & achieve your goals Find Peace and Improve Your Well-being - Meditopia EN
