Amsterdam weert vervuilend verkeer in 2025

Een overzicht van het belangrijkste mobiliteitsnieuws met aandacht voor de zero-emissiezone in Amsterdam, de problemen met de Eurostar en de uitrol van OVpay is klaar. Vanaf 2025 zijn er stadsdelen in Amsterdam waar alleen nog nieuwe voertuigen en vaartuigen mogen rijden of varen zonder uitstoot. Het gaat om taxi’s, bestel- en vrachtauto’s, brom- en snorfietsen en boten. De regelgeving geldt niet voor personenauto’s.Wethouder Melanie van der Horst erkent dat de gemeente veel vraagt van bewoners en ondernemers. 'Het kan geld kosten, ongemak opleveren, of allebei. Daarom gaan we Amsterdammers en ondernemers helpen.' Verder in deze update: Er zijn grote zorgen over het Rotterdamse vervoerbedrijf RET. Mogelijk komt er tóch een oplossing voor de problemen met de Eurostar. Reizen met bankpas of creditcard is vanaf nu in heel Nederland mogelijk.
