Meet Amy Polacko, Freedom Warrior. Amy is a divorce coach, journalist, and founder of Freedom Warrior, a coaching practice dedicated to empowering women to rebuild their lives after divorce and break free from unhealthy or controlling relationships. A survivor and advocate herself, Amy uses her personal experience and professional training to guide clients through the emotional, legal, and practical challenges of ending a marriage. Through Freedom Warrior, she offers one-on-one coaching, workshops, and community support designed to help women reclaim their confidence and independence. Amy is also a passionate speaker and advocate for systemic change in how society and the legal system address coercive and emotionally controlling relationships. Her mission is to help women not only survive divorce—but truly thrive afterward.
