We discuss how the skills learnt in recruitment were transferable to sales and how Amy found her way in to the world of data centres. We then discuss Custodian Data Centres who are going through a period of significant growth. Amy outlines the company strategy with a focus on how important customer relationships are to long term sustainable growth.
