Like many of us, Shruti has skillfully channeled her Type-A energy to reinforce her priorities not only in pregnancy, but most importantly postpartum. In this episode Shruti gives us a thoughtful glimpse into the privilege and power of agency. Shruti grew up in Kansas before moving out to California for her undergraduate at Stanford University. She has been a technology operator for the past 15 years. She has been part of two exits to Groupon and Booking.com and most recently was the CRO at Sonder which went public a couple of years ago.
