On this episode of the Nine Finger Chronicles, Dan talks with fellow Sportsmen's Nation podcaster Chris Powell from the Houndsman XP podcast about his passion surrounding coonhunting with hounds.  Chris explains how an uncle took him under his wing and on some of his first ever coon hunts, and explains he was hooked ever since.  The guys also get in to a conversation  about why he  thinks that hunting with dogs is currently under attack in several states, as well as  a topic of controversy within our own hunting community. This is an excellent episode  and a topic that is usually not discussed on this podcast. However, this is a topic that needs to be discussed as we are all sportsmen  living and operating in the same community.
