Former fruit farmer Peter Walters joins the hosts Richard Clarke and Dr Mark Daniels in this latest podcast. Peter talks about his experience of working at an orchid in New Zealand and sheds some light on the growing process of the apples on his orchid. The toxicity of the chemicals used on the fruit is discussed and the effect that these pesticides and sprays have on our health.
