And that's just because people don't realize that they have to monitor their credit up until they are ready to buy and then they realize that their credit isn't where it used to be." Luis: "If you're planning to buy a house, you should probably start looking at your credit, your income, your assets about two years out and figuring out the stuff you need to do in order to buy a house. Don't wait until the day that you're ready to buy a house.
