AN ATTEMPT TO UNDERSTAND "SELF"

How do you define "self"? (i.e. the totality of your being) Although this podcast began as the "podcast about nothing". It did not take long before we found a direction. I had a great conversation with my guest (who chose to be anonymous). She shared some salient points from her experience and we sought to understand the concept of "self". It was an insightful conversation that seeks to better understand the age-old philosophical problem of "mind vs body". We also spoke about how everything is energy in motion. And how vibration is a constant in life and how our understanding of the world is based on vibrational patterns. I really enjoyed this conversation and I think these types of conversations are crucial. It was a great philosophical discussion that emanated from a consistent need to better understand ourselves and the external world in which we exist We need to seek to understand ourselves and the world around us.
