An Election System for All Tax Payers with Jim Jones

Jim Jones is the former Attorney General of Idaho as well as former Chief Justice on the Idaho Supreme Court. He is a strong supporter of prop 1 and feels that it is a solution to what he describes as chaos and dysfunction in the state legislature. He also feels that the current system restricts the rights of taxpayers who are funding elections that they can't participate in.
