An Email ToThe Chief

Dex writes an email to the chief and gives listeners insight into the reality of being a black police officer that is not politically black enough. Dex briefly goes into what it is like growing up with dark skin within the black community and the "blacklash" he has suffered for not toeing the black/democrat party line. Dex explains doing the right thing vs doing the black thing.
