An Enemy Did This

Whenever we have problems, we wonder, "Where is God?" That's true when accidents or natural disasters strike, but it takes on a special urgency when the problems are the deliberate work of evildoers. This week, terrorists exploded bombs at the Boston Marathon that killed three people and maimed or injured 178 more. Did God know that would happen? If he did, why does he permit it?
