Hi all! With skinny culture coming back in a scary way, I wanted to re-release this episode to show how Gracie and I combat toxic diet culture and the pressure to be small.

We dive into what made us self-conscious in the first place (diet culture and 2000s media- ugh) and then take you through our journey to healing their relationship with their body.
