Why New Year resolutions don't work… How many times have you asked this question? I know I did many times … for years. I mean, it's natural for all of us to want to make positive changes and set goals for ourselves, and New Year is such a perfect moment to make new decisions. (Don’t get me wrong, every moment is perfect for the right decisions, but we see the beginning of the year as the most convenient time for such a thing.)However, it's also common for people to struggle to stick to their resolutions, and there are many reasons why this might be the case.
