An Inspired Life: Activating ALL Of You

from An Inspired Life · host An Inspired Life

We live in a world where society tells us what we can or cannot do, and who we can and cannot be. We judge others, are judged by others, and we judge ourselves. We judge some emotions as “negative” and so pretend we don’t feel them. We judge parts of ourselves as “bad” and so we place blame or guilt or hate onto ourselves. A passionate teenager, Phoenix Muranetz wanted to be a performer but was told she “couldn’t make money” doing what she loved, so she did things she didn’t love and wasn’t passionate about. As a result, she lost her passion for life and became depressed. Depressed because she was suppressing parts of herself, or her truth, and her desires. Now a women’s sensuality expert, Phoenix has been on a journey on discovering all of the parts of herself that were repressed, witnessing them and activating them so she can activate ALL of who she is and live the most sensual, pleasurable, fulfilled life possible. In this real and raw interview, Phoenix shares the importance of embracing and unleashing our true self to heal ourselves and to heal the world from within. Inspired takeaways include: · Getting in touch with our primal nature to unleash the inner power most of us keep hidden · Why our stories and challenges are often our greatest blessings, and the pathway to the inner gift and medicine we are here to share with the world · Why it’s okay to feel frustrated and angry, and how you can use that energy in a positive way to activate new parts of you and release that which no longer serves you · Some of the weird and wonderful personal growth practices and tools Phoenix has experienced and uses with her clients to help women activate more of who they really are · Why ‘changing the world’ is the wrong viewpoint to have – and how we need to take responsibility for our own healing journey first · The importance of recognising and acknowledging old wounds so they no longer have power over us and our lives · How rituals are sacred containers that help us connect with our divine nature & ideas to help you connect to and activate your truth through rituals If you found this podcast valuable, please ‘Subscribe’ in iTunes or in your Android Podcast app (we recommend Podcast Addict) so you receive every inspirational update.
