Lia Suzuki Shihan is the chief instructor at Aikido Kenkyukai International USA, a non-profit organization dedicated to enriching people’s lives through the practice of Aikido, The Art of Peace.She also hosts a very popular video series called “the virtual dojo” which you can see here on her Youtube channel I’m not going to give away too much of what we talked about - but it was very encouraging to me personally, in my own quest to find new ways to offer Aikido practice to young people who might otherwise never have the opportunity.
