An Inspiring Voice — An Inspired Life

from A Quest for Well-Being · host Valeria Teles

— Life is a precious, priceless gift. As incredible as this miracle is, it is also delicate and fragile. We are vulnerable regardless of how much money is in our bank account, the amount on the price tag of the jewelry we wear, the model of car we drive, or the size of the house we live in. We can lose it all – and more – in the blink of an eye. That is why we should enjoy life to the fullest every day. Our purpose is to discover the niche created especially for us, to sharpen our skills and abilities, and fulfill our purpose. Valeria Teles interviews Maria Trusa  — the author of "I Say No More: Raise Your Voice And Rewrite Your Life." María Trusa is also the founder of the social movement with the same name which helps victims of sexual abuse. Born in the Dominican Republic, María is the CEO of Formé Medical Center and Urgent Care located in Westchester, NY. Formé offers health services and dignified care to the vulnerable Hispanic community, especially those who do not have the ability to pay for insurance or lack immigration status. María is the mother of three children, Franco, Jeffrey, and Natasha.  Her most recent achievements include completing the New York City Marathon, numerous business awards, and national and international conferences. To learn more about Maria Trusa and his work, please visit: mariatrusa.org and yodigonomas.com     — This podcast is a quest for well-being, a quest for a meaningful life through the exploration of fundamental truths, enlightening ideas, insights on physical, mental, and spiritual health. The inspiration is Love. The aspiration is to awaken new ways of thinking that can lead us to a new way of being, being well.
