In June, Abby competed and won the women’s division of the Cooper’s Hill Cheese-Rolling and Wake event in Gloucester, England. The event, which goes back to the early 1800s, has participants tumble down a steep, 200-yard hill to capture an 8-pound wheel of Gloucester’s finest cheese. Abby talks about the experience, how she applied her ISE skills and her newfound fame as the cheese-rolling champion.
