Dragon founded Dragon Design, LLC, in 2005, an Interior Design, Home Staging, and Move Management Co.  Since its inception, the business has consistently evolved to offer more and more services. In 2012 Dragon Design, LLC began rehabbing homes and reselling them in the Tri-County area.  That passion led to Sheila acquiring her Real Estate License in 2013. She was with Keller Williams Real Estate in Brandywine Valley until recently when she came to Vanguard Realty Alliance. Since 2012, her main focus has been more on the Investor side of Real Estate. She currently Manages (2) Out of State Vacation Rental Properties as well as (2) SFH in PA.  Her goal is to continue to grow a Vacation Rental portfolio, rehab properties, and continue to help others with Design and Renovation opportunities. Whether it's assisting Investors/Buyers who are searching for a Fixer Upper or guiding Investors/Sellers through the renovation process, as they update a space before listing, her skills and love for design give her the flexibility to work on unique and challenging projects.Before entering the Real Estate arena, Sheila had a long-standing education and a formal sales career as well. These experiences, coupled with obtaining her MBA, gave her the business acumen and discipline to support that internal desire to have her own business.She welcomes the opportunity to work and coach newer Investors and Agents who are looking to get into rehabbing, raising the capital to do so, and finding the right team. You are only as good as your Contractors, so finding the right ones is critical.
