An Undisturbed Birth in New Zealand

Today on The Natural Birth Podcast we have Niko Niko is a mama of two from New Zealand. She is an artist and makes mini huts. In today’s episode she shares about her first home birth and how it was a total shock becoming a mother and how it changed her entire life. We dive on in to the fact that as your first one is born, the old you, the maiden, dies and about all that that entails. For her second, she consciously conceived and prepared even further than the first time around, fully accepting the change that would happen with the introduction of a new being in their family.
