An Unexpected Answer

Habakkuk’s first complaint to the Lord is that God appears to be silent while injustice is rampant, God’s response catches Habakkuk by surprise... God speaks of raising an even more powerful and wicked nation to do his will. Habakkuk naturally asks God how this can be possible!?
