Ana Liffey Limerick sees homelessness surge

Housing and homelessness have now overtaken addiction as the biggest reason people are seeking help from Ana Liffey. In Limerick, Ana Liffey is working directly with people sleeping rough, people struggling with addiction and those trying to move away from criminality and towards recovery. Its Limerick Rough Sleeper Project is working with people in some of the most difficult circumstances imaginable, while the Midwest Outreach Addiction Team is providing harm-reduction and health supports right across the city and into rural communities.
