ANACOM Chair Fatima Barros on telecoms in Portugal & getting ready for the Internet of Things

Fátima Barros is the Chair of the Board of Directors of ANACOM (Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações), the national regulatory authority for communications in Portugal. She is also the 2015 Chair of BEREC, the Body of European Regulators of Electronic Communications. She spoke with The Prospect Group about the telecom landscape in Portugal, getting ready for the Internet of Things, and infrastructure investment.
