If you have questions, please send an email: [email protected] we want to understand the timing of Yeshua's Third-Day resurrection, we must first understand how the priestly families of the House of Tzadok ("Zadok") defined a day. For the priestly House of Tzadok (Ezekiel 44:23-24), a 24-hour day was measured from sunrise to sunrise.  For the Pharisee Separatists, a 24-hour day was measured from sunset to sunset. These measurements of the passage of time were two reckoning systems that operated side-by-side at the time of Yeshua’s public ministry.
