The Ohio State Buckeyes are the team to watch entering 2024. Yet many people have a cloudy perspective on Ohio State Football's identity as a program and team. The 2024 Buckeyes Football team is nearly identical to the 2023 team concerning preseason questions surrounding the quarterback and offensive line rooms, along with the fact that both returned around two-thirds of their production from the previous season. Ryan Day is an elite head coach who runs an elite program. He is 56-8 at Ohio State and anyone who thinks he should be fired is clinically insane. The Buckeyes are loaded at quarterback, running back, wide receiver, defensive tackle, safety, and cornerback. Running backs TreVeyon Henderson and Quinshon Judkins, wide receivers Emeka Egbuka and Jeremiah Smith, defensive end Jack Sawyer, and cornerbacks Denzel Burke and Jordan Hancock are elite players that will help Ohio State be the best team in the Big Ten. Finally, I am analyzing Ohio State's fellow Big Ten competition, Oregon Football, Penn State Football, and especially Michigan Football, the only Big Ten Football team to have beaten Ryan Day.
