The ANC in South Africa's Gauteng Province has hailed the staging of a rally to mark the launch of its local government election manifesto as a major success. About 85-thousand party's rank and file filled the FNB stadium in SOWETO on what is viewed as the show of force by the ruling party ahead of the August 3rd local government elections.
