Anchoring Your Genius In Your Nervous System

Anchoring your genius ideas & emotions in your nervous system has 2 main components to it: 1. An activated and receptive body 2. A clear relationship between your subconscious & your superconscious. In this week's episode I share how recently I have been practicing the Wim Hof breathing method after a 2 minute cold shower each morning. This addition to my regular exercise routine has increased my body's sensitivity to emotions. Emotions that reflective of the past and also emotions that are reflective of my genius visions. This has powered a lot of creativity, clarity & action over the last 7 days particularly in my business, it's like I understand on a body level now what I'm going for.
