The Devil Rides Out 1 oz White Rum 1 oz Dry Vermouth 1/2 oz Grand Marnier 1/4 oz Angostura Bitters 1/4 oz Fernet Branca 1 Dash Grapefruit Bitters Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with chilli 'fingers' El Diablo 1 1/2 oz Tequila or Mezcal 1/2 Creme de Cassis 3/4 Fresh Lime Juice Top with Ginger Beer Build in glass adding the Tequila, Cassis and Lime juice first, adding ice and then topping with Ginger Beer and stirring to combine. Garnish with a Lime wedge. Devil's Margarita 1 1/2 oz Tequila or Mezcal 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice 3/4 oz Simple Syrup 1/2 oz Red Wine Float Shake Tequila, Lime juice and Simple Syrup with ice. Strain into chilled glass, carefully float the red wine on top.
