Last week i saw a stranger commit suicide right in front of me and I needed to process it. So this podcast is a quick audio diary of my journey back to a positive mindset after years struggling with the shock of this event over a few days. The best way to not be afraid is to realize that the person who attempted suicide was suffering immensely in their head.
