He fell in love with SLO while attending Cal Poly where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Physics, and a minor in mathematics. Growing up, he played many sports, but mountain biking quickly became his primary passion, leading him to compete internationally as a junior and beyond. In 2022, he discovered track cycling and dove headfirst into the sport, qualifying for his first World Championships just months after he started. Since then, he’s competed on three World Championship teams, earned 8 elite national track titles, and secured 4 Pan American track titles.Outside of his own racing, he also coaches cyclists of all ages and abilities.
