Andha Yug: Dharamvir Bharati/अंधा युग : धर्मवीर भारती

This is the first episode of our Monthly book review. This month we have ANDHA YUG; a play by legendary Dharamvir Bharati in 1954. Andha Yug was first adapted as an audio play on All India Radio and later adapted for theatre in 1962. Andha Yug tells the story of Mahabharat from Day 18 to the death of Krishna. This play is divided into 5 acts and follows the Western playwriting pattern. In this episode, we talked about the Structure, Politics & Writing style of Andha Yug.
