Andrea shares how her commitment to service has led her to volunteering with industry associations and non-profits, which have also helped develop her leadership skills.  She discusses how she tackles challenges, what characteristics she looks for in building her support system and when she leans into them for guidance, and how we can advocate for others and ourselves most effectively.  Andrea also reveals her four preparation techniques which she uses to fine tune her public speaking skills.
