My truly wonderful guest on The Priestess Podcast today is Andrea Westbrook, a life coach for fat, curvy and plus sized women. Andrea shares with us about the necessary reclaiming of the word fat, how exclusionary spiritual spaces can be of people who are fat and most importantly of all - what we can all do about such things to make a spiritual path of life exploration open to us all. I know you will find Andrea inspirational and heart opening in her messaging about this topic which is not just relevant in spiritual spaces and our work - but indeed in our lives in general.
